We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all your personal data is permanently and immediately deleted.

TripTrak is a planning tool only. We are not responsible for any travel decisions made based on information entered into or displayed by the app. Our liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
