Please read these Terms carefully before using WayStaq. By creating an account you agree to be bound by them.
WayStaq is a personal travel planning and budgeting tool. We provide the service on an "as is" basis and make no guarantees about uptime or data retention, though we take every reasonable step to keep it reliable and your data safe.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure. You must be 18 or over to use WayStaq. You may not create accounts on behalf of others or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
WayStaq offers a free tier and a Premium subscription at £24.99 per year. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each year unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
Refunds: We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied. To request a refund contact us at [email protected].
By accessing Premium features immediately upon payment, you agree that the service has commenced and acknowledge that your right to cancel may be affected. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You own your data. We do not sell it or share it with third parties except as necessary to provide the service (Supabase for storage, Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for delivery). See our Privacy Policy for full details.
If you opted in at signup, we may send you occasional tips, product updates and offers by email. You can opt out at any time by emailing [email protected].
You may delete your account at any time from within the app. Upon deletion all your personal data is permanently and immediately removed from our systems.
WayStaq includes links to third-party booking services including Skyscanner, Booking.com, Airalo, GetYourGuide, Discover Cars, KiwiTaxi, 12Go, Omio and others. Some of these are affiliate links — if you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This helps us keep WayStaq free and funded.
We only link to services we believe are relevant and useful to travellers. Affiliate relationships do not influence the functionality of WayStaq or the travel data you enter. We are not responsible for the content, pricing or availability of any third-party service.
WayStaq is a planning tool only. We are not responsible for any travel decisions made based on information entered into or displayed by the app. Our liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of any material changes. Continued use of WayStaq after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
